Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe
1 (15 ounce) can red salmon, drained and flaked into small pieces
8 ounces nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Combine first 6 ingredients in a serving bowl and stir well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lowfat crackers or Melba rounds.
