Salsa Fresca Recipe
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
