Quick Hummus Recipe

1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, undrained
2 cloves garlic
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Drain garbanzo beans and reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid. Add garlic to food processor or blender and process until minced. Add the remaining ingredients, including reserved liquid and process until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours; serve with vegetables or pita bread.
