Lentil Pate Recipe

1 (15 1/2 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cooked lentils
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serve with raw vegetables or lowfat crackers.
