Chunky Guacamole Recipe
2 large ripe avocados, mashed
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
dash pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a class or plastic bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with baked tortilla chips, pita chips, etc.
