Artichoke Dip Recipe
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 small) green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup (4 medium) green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
