I have been involved in weight lifting in some form or another since I was 13 years old and for the last 7.5 years I have always taken some sort of Apex supplement. The bare minimum has been the Multivitamin.
I did a few bodybuilding shows when I was around 24, then became involved in business and career so I stopped competing. Last year I opened a Ladies Workout Express with my wife and new we had to make sure the 5 components would be implemented in our club so we established a business relationship with Apex. This also renewed my desire to compete again and so I chose a natural contest to shoot for in May 04 .
I started prepping for the contest in October and weighed in at 198 with 20% body fat my supplement regiment included the following Apex products: Methoxybolic, Volumizer, Recovery, Multivitamin, Anti-Oxidant, Vitamin C. Fat Burn 1, and Fat Burn 3
Since we have our own business time is really limited so I had to make sure that I was able to get the most results in the briefest amount of time. Needless to say with the quality products from Apex I was able to do this by the time the contest came around. I weighed in at 164 with around 7-8% body fat and ended up in 2nd place for my class.
I was very pleased with the results and look forward to utilizing the scientific approach that Apex uses for the rest of my life.
