Perform a leg press with one leg at a time. Do not allow greater
than a 90° bend at the knees.
Using a bench four to eight inches in height, begin with one foot on
the bench. Forcefully push off the step leg, getting full extension and
switch legs for the landing on the bench. Keep your body weight on the
step-leg. For example, if you push off with the right leg then land on
left leg.
