Standing Alternating Cable Press
| Begin with a staggered stance, one foot ahead of the other,
with your back to the cable machine. While maintaining an abdominal draw-in
position, press the cable with both arms. While keeping one arm extended,
allow the other arm to perform chest press by bringing your fist to your
chest and then extending your arm forward again. Alternate arms. |
